Attorney Duphily has been practicing law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire for nine years. Handling our workers compensation and criminal cases, he is driven to bring justice to vulnerable members in our community. Attorney Duphily played collegiate soccer at Washington and Jefferson College and captained the team his senior year. He then attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island, graduating in 2014. He passed both the MA and NH bar later that year.
His career began as a civil litigator in consumer protection and landlord-tenant cases. He then represented indigent clients in the Commonwealth for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS). Attorney Duphily has always maintained his personal legal mission of seeking social justice and human rights. His blend of experience uniquely qualifies him to connect with members of the community who may feel forgotten about in a system which has failed them, and to provide a comprehensive defense of their legal interests.
